Narmada (Gujarat) [India], October 14: In celebration of 23 years of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's good governance, "Development Week" is being observed throughout the state, including Narmada district.
To mark the success of the Prime Minister's 23-year journey in public service, a decision has been made to organize padayatras at 23 iconic locations. One such development walk will take place on Tuesday, October 15, at 9:00 AM at the Statue of Unity, a major global tourist attraction in Narmada district, according to a press release.
The Vikas Padayatra will be led by Bhikhusinhji Parmar, Gujarat's Minister of Food and Civil Supplies and the Narmada District In-charge Minister. A large number of participants, including district officials, office bearers, employees, elected representatives, school teachers, ICDS Anganwadi-Asha workers, midday meal managers, fair-price shopkeepers, SRP-Police personnel, NCC-Home Guard personnel, SOU staff, and citizens from both district and taluka levels, will actively take part.
