Indian public Nikhil Gupta, charged in supposed plot to kill Khalistani fear monger Pannun, removed to US from Czech Republic
Washington, DC [US], June 17 Indian public Nikhil Gupta, who is blamed for being associated with the supposed bombed murder plot of India-assigned favorable to Khalistani psychological militant Gurpatwant Singh Pannun in New York City has been removed from the Czech Republic to the US to stand preliminary, NBC News revealed.
A US Region Court representative said Gupta is booked to show up in the lower Manhattan town hall on government murder-for-recruit charges on Monday, the Amercian telecaster said.
The US Equity Division has affirmed that Gupta (52) is a partner of the Indian government and that together they and others helped plot the death of Pannun in New York City, NBC News revealed.
In November last year, US Equity Division authorities declared charges against Gupta after he was captured in June 2023 in the Czech Republic. They said Gupta would confront removal to New York.
Pannun is an India-assigned psychological oppressor who holds American and Canadian citizenship.
Prior in November, the US Equity Division unlocked a prosecution against an Indian public for his supposed contribution in a thwarted plot to kill a US-based head of the Sikh Nonconformist Development and a resident in New York.
