Washington [US], October 8: Actor Anne Hathaway has received a special gift from her husband, Adam Shulman, to mark their 12th wedding anniversary, as reported by E! News.
In a TikTok video, Anne showcased her new black leather handbag, saying, "This is my new bag. It was my anniversary present from Adam, and I just love it so much." She also shared the items she keeps inside her bag, including an eyelash curler, lip balm, wallet, and headphones, according to E! News.
On the work front, Hathaway is preparing for the sequel to *The Devil Wears Prada*. The original film, a comedy-drama directed by David Frankel, was released in 2006 and features Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, Stanley Tucci, and Emily Blunt.
Additionally, she recently confirmed that *The Princess Diaries 3* is officially in development. Adele Lim, known for her work on *Joy Ride*, *Crazy Rich Asians*, and *Raya and the Last Dragon*, will direct the project.
The film is being produced by Debra Martin Chase, who originally produced the franchise starring Anne Hathaway as Mia Thermopolis, the relatable teenager turned queen of the fictional kingdom of Genovia, along with Julie Andrews as her regal grandmother. Hathaway will also serve as a producer under her Somewhere Pictures banner, with Naia Cucukov, Lim's producing partner at 100 Tigers, executive producing alongside Melissa Stack.
*Princess Diaries 3* has been in development since 2022, and last year, Hathaway provided an update on the film's progress during an interview with V Magazine, saying, "We're in a good place. There's nothing to announce yet. But we're in a good place."
Details about the plot have not yet been revealed, but Flora Greeson is writing the script for the film.
