'Ek Ped Maa ke Naam': UP CM Yogi plants saplings at his authority home in Lucknow
Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) [India], July 4 Under the drive 'Ek Ped Maa ke Naam' sent off by State head Narendra Modi, Uttar Pradesh Boss Pastor Yogi Adityanath on Thursday established saplings at his authority home in Lucknow.
CM Yogi, while addressing ANI, said, "PM Modi has engaged the entire country to establish a tree under the plan 'Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam' to shield themselves from an Earth-wide temperature boost. Today, I established a sapling at CM's home under a similar drive. We have arranged 54 crores of saplings in the nurseries of UP for this drive."
Prior, in June, State head Narendra Modi sent off the 'Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam' crusade on World Climate Day, celebrated on June 5.
State head Modi likewise planted a peepal tree sapling at Buddha Jayanti Park in Delhi.
