Maharashtra CM cast vote in favor of Regulative Gathering decisions in Vidhan Sabha
Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], July 12 Maharashtra Boss Priest Eknath Shinde decided in favor of the Regulative Board races in Vidhan Sabha on Friday.
Recently, Congress composed a letter to political decision authorities and requested to confine BJP MLA Ganpat Gaikwad blamed in a terminating occurrence not cast his vote in MLC races.
"Gaikwad is in legal care and can't cast a ballot under Segment 62(5) of the Portrayal of Individuals Act, 1951. So they ought not be permitted to cast a ballot," Congress requests.

Shiv Sena has handled Krupal Tumane and Bhawana Gawli and NCP has handled Rajesh Vitekar and Shivajirao Garje.
The decisions are in progress on 11 seats of the Maharashtra Regulative Board, as the six-year residency of the MLCs will end on July 27.
The quantity to choose one MLC is the votes of 23 MLAs.
The BJP leads with 103 MLAs, trailed by Shiv Sena, (38), NCP (42), Congress (37), Shiv Sena (UBT) (15), and NCP (Sharad Pawar) (10).
