NIA records chargesheet against arms and explosives dealer connected with Myanmar agitators

New Delhi [India] July 31 In a Pan-India illegal arms and ammo dealing case, the Public Examination Office recorded a charge sheet on a denounced connected with Myanamar-based guerilla gatherings.

The chargesheet against the blamed Lalngaihawma was documented under the watchful eye of the NIA Extraordinary Court, New Delhi, under different areas of IPC, Arms Act, Unstable Substance Act, and UA(P) Act. He has been accused of dynamic association in the organization working in the North-East district, alongside different pieces of the country.

Prior, NIA had enlisted the case RC-31/2023/NIA/DLI on 26th December 2023 against Lalngaihawma and others in light of data sources that some Mizoram-based substances were participated in the unlawful dealing of arms, ammo, explosives and so on in the north-eastern locale of the country.
