According to WHO reports, major portion of the population of the country is depressed, and over 8,00,000 people commit suicide per year, which means one person in every 40 seconds ends their life by suicide. Sadly, these reports reflect where we stand as a society. Despite being the fifth largest economy in the world, are Indians pleased? Or are they just living life to meet societal norms? Happier Together brings you The Cry Club, where you can show your real emotions. For a person to be satisfied from within, they should first let go of their sorrows and confinements. The Cry Club is where people can be vulnerable without judgment or criticism.
Happier Together is an initiative by Mr Kamlesh Sawal, a certified happiness coach who believes in spreading happiness and positivity and normalising human emotions. He faced depression and self-doubt in lockdown but thrived on coming back stronger. His passions include photography, travelling, trying various cuisines, and many more.
